Flexibility

With us, you have the freedom to determine your own working hours and choose the Berlin Post codes in which you would like to work.

Fairness

As a therapist with us, you set your own rates. we charge you 20% commission plus 19% MwST, so you can be sure that you will be remunerated fairly and transparently. Your hard work is appropriately recognized and rewarded. You will be paid on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis – the choice is yours

Security

Our live support checks the authenticity of all customers and ensures additional security on the website through integrated functions. This allows you to concentrate fully on your business.

Frequently asked questions

When will I be paid?

We recognize the importance of liquidity for every company and that’s why we pay out every Wednesday. We understand your concerns and want to ensure that you always remain fluid.

Is transportation included?

No I’m afraid not – you will need to reflect this in your final price to the customer

Do you need documentation?

To apply for a job with us, we need a few documents from you, including proof of address, a copy of your identity card, proof of your qualifications and confirmation of your insurance. You can simply upload all documents with your application. Please also be prepared for a personal discussion with us.

 

Can I also do other jobs?

No need to worry! You can also work for other companies – with us you have full flexibility 🙂

Can I work whenever I want?

As part of our team, you have the freedom to determine your own working hours. However, it is important that you update your Google calendar and your set working hours to reflect your availability. We also offer training if you successfully pass the interview. This will enable you to quickly familiarize yourself with our processes and work successfully with us.

What happens if I cannot keep an appointment?

We make the booking process very easy for you. Please keep an eye on your availability so that we can always offer our clients up-to-date and correct appointments for their therapy sessions. We know that in exceptional cases it can be difficult to always meet these requirements, but our contract includes a provision: If you fail to meet deadlines twice in a row, the contract will be terminated.
